Meet The Owner
Parul Darji :
RN, BSN, MSN, MHA, QMAP, BLS/CPR & First Aid Instructor
is the Owner and Administrator of Aspen Leaf Assisted Living.
With over 20 years of healthcare and nursing leadership experience, Parul has held senior roles across hospitals, outpatient care, and home health. She has served as an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, and Medical Office Administrator with leading healthcare organizations, where she was responsible for operations, staffing, patient experience, and quality of care.
Throughout her career, Parul has led large teams, improved patient outcomes, and maintained high standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Her experience spans acute care, critical care, and community-based services — giving her a well-rounded understanding of what residents truly need to thrive.
As a QMAP and certified CPR/First Aid Instructor, Parul is actively involved in training and supporting her team to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality care across all Aspen Leaf homes.
Today, she brings that same level of leadership and compassion to Aspen Leaf — creating a home-like environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
